Returns & Exchanges


At ALAYRA JEWELS, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

1. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Certain items, such as sale items, customized products or hygiene-sensitive items like earrings, are not eligible for return.

All sales are final for the following items:

earrings

preorder orders

custom collection orders

sale purchases

e-gift card purchases

Return Process

 

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@alayra.be with your order details.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Any shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item you want. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
