9.3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

10. Custom and Personalized Jewelry

 

10.1. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

10.2. Orders for custom items cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

 

11. Warranty and Repairs

 

11.1. Warranty:

We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
